Projects
1.White Lion Holdings
In 2022, White Lion Holdings appointed us to construct a 2200m² licensed medicinal cannabis plant in Montagu. The R18 million project was completed over six months, delivering a modern, fully compliant facility designed for the cultivation and processing of medicinal cannabis.
2.Lwandle High School
In the Helderberg region, we constructed a new school for the Western Cape Department of Infrastructure. Completed in 2022 over four months, the R19.7 million project delivered a fully functional school, including bulk excavation, layer works, paved parking areas, stormwater and bulk water infrastructure, fire reticulation, road surfacing, ClearVu fencing, and internal and external electrical infrastructure.
3.Beyond Buds
Beyond Buds, situated in Montagu, Western Cape, appointed us to renovate their administrative building and repurpose an existing storeroom into a medicinal cannabis facility. The R15 million project was completed over three years. The scope included a GMP post-harvest facility, canteen, change rooms, PPE change room, storerooms, walk-in vault, 60-metre enclosed tunnel/walkway linking cultivation and the GMP facility, and offices for the GMP staff.
4.Tafelsig High School
In the heart of the Cape Flats, Mitchells Plain, we constructed a new school for the Western Cape Department of Infrastructure. Completed in 2022 over four months, the R17.6 million project delivered a fully functional school, including bulk excavation, layer works, paved parking areas, stormwater and bulk water infrastructure, fire reticulation, road surfacing, ClearVu fencing, and internal and external electrical infrastructure.
5.Fisantekraal High School
In the Boland region, we constructed a new school for the Western Cape Department of Infrastructure. Completed in 2022 over four months, the R15.3 million project delivered a fully functional school, including bulk excavation, layer works, paved parking areas, stormwater and bulk water infrastructure, fire reticulation, road surfacing, a retaining wall, ClearVu fencing, and internal and external electrical infrastructure.
6.Sundridge High School
In 2022, we built a new school for the Western Cape Department of Infrastructure in the Table View area. The R15.6 million project was completed in four months, delivering a fully functional school that included bulk excavation, layer works, paved parking areas, stormwater and bulk water infrastructure, fire reticulation, road surfacing, ClearVu fencing, and internal and external electrical infrastructure.
